Class Descriptions

TRI Action
• A fun class with a rapid pace, it’ll definitely get you moving. Three disciplines or exercises of the instructor’s choice are performed back with little rest and fast transitions.

Hard-Core
• Ready for the ultimate abdominal blast? Push your mid section to the limit with this rep out and timed based class.
Body Build up
• A controlled free weight class. The focus here is on technique, form and getting you in touch with your body to build some serious power.

Tone-Up
• This is a resistance training based class to help you achieve your best shape. Build a little muscle, burn a little fat and be the become the best you!

Boxing/Circuit
• This unique boxing class is designed to really get your body pumping! High energy, big fun and packed with great moves, you’ll increase your overall fitness and improve your self esteem.
Energise
• Utilising limited recovery periods and plyometric training methods this endurance class will test your limits and get you working.

Upper Body Build Up
• Build your temple to the highest peak. A class based around intense upper body exercises to build muscle and strength.

Aerobics
